Tensegrity Forge is whole-human performance coaching for recreational athletes and high-drive humans who want to thrive everyday even when facing real-life stress, challenging emotions, fatigue, busy schedules, and all internal and external pressures that come with being a human.
This isn’t motivation or vague mindset talk. It’s performance psychology + training + recovery, combined into a method that’s practical, measurable, and repeatable. The approach is influenced by high-pressure tactical environments, but built for everyday life: work, relationships, travel, and the invisible weight people carry.

Forge 6 is a 6-week integrated performance reset for driven adults who want stronger bodies, steadier minds, and better sleep — without information overload. Strength training, conditioning, mental skills, and nutrition are fused into one personalized system built around your real life.
Forge Framework Workshops
Dynamic workshops and speaking events designed to teach individuals and teams the skills and training patterns needed to thrive. We focus on the synchronization of cognitive skills, physiological adaptation, nutrition, and environmental optimization for peak performance.
